Protective Relaying Technician​/Draftsperson

• Complete accurate and thorough CAD drawings, on time, and compliant with firm standards.
• Drawings will include electrical control schematics, control panel wiring diagrams, control panel construction drawings, substation equipment connection diagrams, and other required drafting output.
• Exercise significant judgment in the production phase to ensure the final draft meets design and industry criteria.
• Maintain and retrieve files and archived material.
• Coordinate with and assist other employees on projects, standards, and routine technical issues.
• Research archives and other sources in the course of routine projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Associate's Degree in a relevant field of study with CAD training at a minimum is desired.
• A sound knowledge of drafting principles and AutoCAD is required.
• The ability to precisely follow specific instructions, accurately implement general directions; visualize abstract data; and use time-efficient drafting and production skills are required.
• Efficient with Microsoft Office.
• Math skills required, math background is a plus.
