We are seeking to expand our pool of locum Interventional Cardiologists to enhance coverage and ensure high-quality care for our patients. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Interventional Cardiologists looking to make a difference in a dynamic healthcare environment.

As an Interventional Cardiologist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing expert cardiac care during on-call shifts
• Performing essential interventional procedures such as balloon angioplasties, coronary angioplasty, and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI)
• Conducting heart catheterizations and coronary angiograms
• Collaborating with the cardiology team to deliver comprehensive care to adult patients
• Responding to all cardiology calls for the hospital and providing general cardiology consults as needed
• Ensuring accurate documentation of patient encounters using our EMR system, Epic

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology - REQUIRED
• Active Kentucky License & DEA - REQUIRED; candidates with IMLC and 3-7 days/month availability will also be considered
• ACLS Certification - REQUIRED
• COVID Vaccine - Preferred
