Overview

Family Medicine Physician position at Vohra Wound Physicians in Kuttawa, KY. Part-time role focusing on wound management with emphasis on clinical satisfaction, autonomy and work-life balance. No nights, no call, no weekend clinical responsibilities. Opportunity to learn from wound-certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors and use cutting-edge wound care technologies.

• Provide bedside wound care in facilities across the network.
• Participate in wound management training and wound care fellowship to develop clinical expertise.
• Engage in a patient-centered, evidence-based wound care program at the bedside in post-acute care settings.
• Deliver care with autonomy and flexibility within the assigned schedule.
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing training as part of continuous professional development.

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

• Full-time work:
  Monday - Friday (7am-4pm) or part-time available.
• No call / No weekend clinical responsibilities.
• Physicians deliver modern wound management at the bedside in the post-acute care setting:
  Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
• Physicians conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Part-time role is a minimum of 3 days per week. Full-time role is 4-5 days per week.
• Mobile practice: physicians visit facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location.
• Visit 2–3 facilities per day and treat approximately 20–30 patients per day.
• Clinical documentation occurs at the point of care during rounds using a proprietary wound-specific EMR.
• Paid Training provided during onboarding plus a 6-month wound care fellowship.
• W2 employment contract (no work visa sponsorship available).
