• FTE/hours will be discussed at time of interview.
• Compensation will vary based on job family (i.e Physician or Advanced Practice Provider).
• Primary care team has 4 Family Medicine Physicians and 2 Physician Assistants
• Primary Care physicians at this clinic are close knit and drawn to collaborative work
• 36 patient contact hours per week
• Minimal call coverage, phone only, RN triage support
• Outpatient practice providing care to all ages, including growing families
• Clinic hours are Monday
  - Friday: 7:00am-5:00pm and closed Saturday-Sunday

Savage, located in Scott County, is a growing suburb distinguished by its convenient location, varied history, and lush surroundings. The community's oldest district sits on the banks of the Minnesota River. As the city has grown, development has occurred southward to settle on the bluffs overlooking the scenic Minnesota River Valley. Perhaps known best for its ties to a famous racehorse from the early 20th Century, Savage is also regarded for its significant role in the grain distribution industry.

• Works collaboratively with patients to improve their health and well-being.

• Actively participates in multidisciplinary team approach to case management.
• Utilizes quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in delivery of patient care, patient outcomes, or workflows.
• May participate in peer review and quality assurance

• MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required
• BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required
• Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable
• ACLS-BLS Tier 3 - Multisource required within 180 Days

Medium Work*:
Lifting weight up to 32 lbs. occasionally (Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), up to 25 lbs. frequently.

Pay Range: $266,500 to $313,500 per year. The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
