As the team's Pediatrician, you'll be providing patient care services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of medical care to individual patients. Our multi-disciplinary care teams incorporate the expertise of medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and care navigation professionals to provide patients with comprehensive care, designed to help them achieve their health goals.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES:- Collaborate with the care team to provide clinical care and services to patients, including outpatient, inpatient, an extended care services. Promote the team concept of health care delivery. Provide consultation to mid-level providers and other clinical and ancillary team members as necessary.
- Share call coverage for Health Help patients.
- Collaborate with Chief Medical Officer and other providers in the development and periodic update of standards of care, principles of practice, standing orders and/or clinical protocols (including those governing mid-level providers).
- Participate with professional and allied health training programs in student and resident rotations.
- Capitalize on opportunities to attend meetings or make presentations to community groups, associations or other health organizations as Health Help’s representative.
- Maintain unrestricted Kentucky Medical License, DEA certification, and privileges to appropriate hospitals and other care facilities.
- Minimum Education: Board Certified/Board Eligible M.D.; D.O.
- Qualifications
- Provide superior customer service to all patients, external customers (office staff of other offices, hospital, community agencies, etc.), and co-workers. Serve as an ambassador of the White House Clinics in all conversations and interactions with these parties.
- Prescribe to a team-based delivery of primary care services that support White House Clinics' efforts in being a patient-centered medical home. Accept responsibility for being an active member of the team, and commit to identifying quality improvement opportunities.
- Ability to prepare written reports, and use of telephone equipment. Ability to communicate effectively with peers, colleagues, and patients from a variety of backgrounds.
Accountable to the Chief Medical Officer, and ultimately the Executive Director
