The IMA Group partners with licensed Optometrists to perform evaluation-only exams for individuals applying for disability and related benefits. We're seeking a provider in Forty Fort, PA to see scheduled patients one day per week in their own office.

What You'll Do
- Perform focused eye exams, including visual acuity and visual fields
- Document vision impairment for evaluation purposes (not diagnosis or treatment)
- Complete clear, objective medical reports
What You Need
- Active OD, MD, or DO license
- Your own office or established practice in or near Forty Fort, PA (required)
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with report writing
