Float Geriatrician

Seeking a part-time, board-certified physician with experience in Primary Care/Geriatrics. In this position, you will offer coverage across six sites in Seattle, West Seattle, Kent, Renton, Redmond, and occasionally Everett South, as well as patient homes and contracted skilled nursing facilities in the area. This is an excellent opportunity with the flexibility to work with supportive geriatric medicine colleagues.

• Outpatient setting with skilled nursing facility and some home visits
• 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule
• Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred, but new graduates with geriatric or long-term care experience are welcome to apply
• Interdisciplinary model of care, working with a team of professionals
• Flexibility in practice with geriatric medicine group
• Compensation is between $265,200 and $282,000 per year

Providence PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a federally recognized program and the first of its kind in Washington, serving older adults since 1990. With 4 centers across the Seattle metro area, Providence PACE provides comprehensive, community-based care for adults age 55 and older. The program offers fully coordinated Medicare- and Medicaid-covered services and much more, including all medical and nursing care, rehabilitation services, home health, long-term care, and social support, helping participants remain as active and independent as possible.
