This correctional facility delivers clinic-based primary care services within a secure clinical environment. The facility operates with established protocols suited to corrections-based healthcare delivery. Clinical workflows are structured to address the primary and chronic care needs of the patient population served.

The area offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of outdoor and cultural pursuits suited to varied interests. Recreational options include golf courses, biking trails, water sports, fishing, and nature tours, complemented by art galleries, history and science museums, a military museum, wineries, breweries, cooking classes, and a zoo and botanic garden. Nearby attractions, including horse racing approximately 9 miles away and natural and historical sites across the surrounding region, provide additional options during time away from the assignment.

Clinicians will provide clinic-based primary care services in a correctional facility setting, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on a day shift schedule. The expected caseload is 15-20 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of primary and chronic care conditions for the patient population served. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
