This correctional facility delivers clinic-based primary care services within a secure clinical environment. The facility operates with established protocols suited to corrections-based healthcare delivery. Clinical workflows are structured to address the primary and chronic care needs of the patient population served.

The area offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of outdoor and cultural pursuits suited to varied interests. Clinicians will provide clinic-based primary care services in a correctional facility setting, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on a day shift schedule. The expected caseload is 15-20 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of primary and chronic care conditions for the patient population served. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
