This large regional medical center is recognized for advanced specialty care, encompassing heart services, trauma care, transplants, surgery, and emergency medicine. The facility serves as a major referral hospital for complex cases and maintains the clinical infrastructure and established protocols necessary to support on-site inpatient neurosurgical call coverage. Resources are in place to facilitate coordinated patient care delivery throughout all assigned coverage periods.

Oklahoma offers a range of arts and cultural experiences, from festivals showcasing local and Native American artwork to live music, comedy, and performing arts events. The state's Green Country region provides outdoor recreation opportunities including hiking, fishing, and camping, alongside historic attractions such as Route 66 and a variety of museums. Metropolitan areas across the state offer distinct cultural districts, dining, and community events throughout the year.

The neurosurgeon will provide high volume 24-hour call coverage for inpatient neurological surgery services and OR cases on an on-site basis. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, and clinicians must maintain continuous on-site availability for surgical interventions throughout all assigned coverage periods. Support staff is available in the OR to facilitate coordinated patient care delivery.
