PAY RATE: $19.02 Hourly (Pay is negotiable based on experience)

Summary

Responsible for conducting in‑school activities to engage students throughout the year. Assists the Manager and Coordinator with on‑site camp activities and initiatives. Assists with engaging youth and teens in leadership‑focused programming throughout all components.

Essential Job Functions
  • Conduct in‑school activities that engage students throughout the year, including providing presentations, tutoring, and classroom assistance.
  • Assist the Manager and Coordinator with various aspects of on‑site activities, integrating leadership activities into summer camp programming, assisting with all aspects of camp facilities upkeep, and planning, scheduling, and hosting groups.
  • Engage youth and teens in leadership‑focused programming throughout all components.

Qualifications Education

Associates Degree In a Related Field Required

Bachelors Degree In a Related Field Preferred

Years of Experience

3 or more years of successful experience in related field or combination of education and experience.
