Midway University invites applications for Adjunct Faculty positions in the School of Arts and Sciences to teach in both undergraduate and graduate programs. We seek highly qualified and motivated educators who are committed to academic excellence and the professional development of our students.
Position Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality instruction in face-to-face and online course formats.

- Educational Requirements:
- Master's degree in the discipline (or 18 graduate credit hours in the field) from an accredited institution.
- A Ph.D. is required for teaching at the graduate level.
- Experience:
- A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience is required.
- At least one year of teaching experience in higher education is preferred.
- Skills and
Competencies: - Demonstrated proficiency in instructional methods and the ability to motivate and evaluate students effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with students, faculty, and external stakeholders.
