The Center for Teacher Effectiveness delivers behavior and classroom management in-service training to schools nationwide. No hourly rate. Commission-based compensation with a firm floor: a training day pays $1,000 at minimum, and often noticeably more. What you earn over a year depends on the volume of training you accept.
The prerequisites:- K-12 experience in teaching, behavior support, counseling, administration, or a related role
- Bachelor's degree at minimum, in education or a related area
- An engaging, credible presence with adult audiences
