Tehila High School is seeking a passionate, visionary, and mission-driven Head of School to lead our new Orthodox Jewish girls’ high school. The Head of School will serve as the educational, spiritual, and operational leader of the institution, guiding faculty, inspiring students, and partnering with parents and the broader community to ensure a warm, growth-oriented, academically rigorous, and Torah-true environment.

Faculty Development & Management
  • Recruit, hire, and support high-quality faculty and staff.

  • Lead professional development initiatives and innovative teaching practices.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of rigorous Limudei Kodesh and General Studies curricula.
  • Ensure programming aligns with the school’s mission, educational standards, and student needs.
  • Create and develop extracurricular programs that enrich student life and foster leadership.
  • Champion creative educational initiatives and cutting-edge instructional approaches.
