Faculty - Business Administration

MBA, or a master's degree with 18 graduate semester credits in a business-related discipline, from a regionally accredited institution.

Preferred Education/Experience/

Skills:

• Doctorate degree (D.B.A. or a Ph.D. in a related field).
• Teaching experience in higher education, including different teaching modalities.
• Advanced communication (verbal, written, and interpersonal) skills.
• Knowledge of the ACBSP process.
• Experience with experiential learning and assessment techniques.
• Interest in student participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
• Participation in a professional society.
  
  QM certification is desirable.

A full-time faculty member is expected to maintain high standards of professionalism and high academic standards of professionalism and high academic standards. At least 40 hours per week are to be spent in the following: direct instruction; preparation and evaluation of instruction; accessibility to students; committee assignments; advising and service to the college and community. Faculty may be assigned a teaching schedule that includes any college location, and at times that meet student, program and college needs.
