Superintendent, Education ​/ Teaching

The Southeast Local Schools Board of Education is seeking an exceptional leader to serve as

Superintendent. Located in rural Portage County, Ohio, our district serves approximately 1,350

students and 200 dedicated staff members.

The incoming leader will drive the continuous improvement framework detailed in the Southeast Local Schools Shared Vision 2025–2028.

• Salary:
  Commensurate with experience and qualifications, accompanied by a competitive benefits package. Preferred experience in central office school administration.
• Licensure:
  Valid Ohio Superintendent license (or immediate eligibility through the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce).
• Education & Experience:
  
  Master’s degree or higher in Educational Leadership or related curriculum. Demonstrated success by executing multi-stakeholder strategic plans in a rural academic setting is highly preferred.
