SUMMARY – Provides courteous and professional front-line service to Library patrons.
- Performs material check-in and check-out, places holds, shelves and retrieves material.
- Registers patrons in the library’s patron database and issues library cards.
- Adheres to library’s circulation policies.
- Processes overdue notices and bills.
- Processes incoming and outgoing interlibrary loan requests.
- Assists Reference Staff when necessary.
- Assists in the planning and preparation of Library programs and events.
- Recommends Library materials and resources to patrons based on interests.
10. Assists patrons in the use of Library equipment
- Performs all duties of a Library Page as needed.
