Applying for something else? Pick the speculative option at the end.
We reply within one week, either way.
What we look for- Has generated qualified B2B pipeline, not just traffic
- Can write about technical work without inventing claims
- Runs outbound and content as one system, measured on meetings booked
- Comfortable being told a metric is not defensible enough to publish
Not every line has to be a yes. Apply if most of it sounds like you.
What happens next- 01 A 30-minute conversation With someone you would actually work with. No recruiter screen, no take-home before we have spoken.
- 02 A paid work session Four hours, paid at contractor rate, on a problem close to real work. You keep whatever you build.
- 03 A deep-dive on your craft Ninety minutes on something you have done before. We ask about the decisions and the parts that went wrong.
- 04 A decision within a week Offer or not, with written feedback either way. We have never taken longer and do not intend to start.
We pay for the work session at contractor rate. Asking for unpaid labour from someone who already has a job is not a fair trade.
