PROJECT MANAGER – PIPELINE/PUMP STATION/WATER TANKS - CONFIDENTIAL SEARCH

They offer public and private works with wastewater treatment plants and offer services for pipeline, concrete & pavement, and private development projects. Qualifications
  • 10+ years’ experience working on large, complex water and wastewater pumping stations and pipelines.
  • 2+ years’ experience working in a Project Manager role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management preferred.
  • Experience working for a contractor.
  • MS Office and MS Project experience are strongly desired.
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills.
Responsibilities
  • Managing public and or private works projects, including pump stations, water tanks, and pipelines (sewer, water and storm drain).
  • Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project’s lifecycle (from development and initiation to close‑out).
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships.
  • Coordinate staffing and workload throughout the entire project life cycle and ensure completion of deliverables on schedule.
  • Track financial aspects of projects and coordinate, adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed to budget and schedule.
  • Maintain customer relationships.
  • Perform project set‑up on all awarded projects including contract/subcontract approvals, work orders and scheduling.
  • Implement QA/QC procedures.
