• Salary $160,000 to $200,000 DOE

• Four-year degree in a relevant field highly desired.
• 10+ years’ experience in estimating public or private work projects, that include water, sewer, storm drain, and underground construction.
• Experience working for a contractor.
• Experience with HCSS (Heavybid Software).
• Good communication and technical writing skills.

• Provide estimating capabilities and experience to the estimating and project department in bid preparation.
• Provide business development skillsets to the Northern California region establishing and maintaining client relationships in securing projects to bid.
• Bid submission, budget preparation and project risk analysis.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents.
