The Contribution You’llbring to this Role:

The Product & Engineering Manageris responsible for leading product portfolio strategy, engineering execution, and new product development initiatives to drive profitable growth, operational efficiency, and product innovation across the organization.

This role combines strategic product management with technical engineering leadership, overseeing the full product lifecycle from market analysis and portfolio prioritization through engineering execution, value engineering, and commercialization. The position partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to ensure products meet customer needs whileoptimizingcost, manufacturability, and profitability.

The Product & Engineering Manager will lead a small team while driving accountability, continuous improvement, and execution across both product management and engineering functions.

• Prioritize investments and lifecycle decisions using ROI, market data, and strategic alignment
• Translate business strategy into execution, aligning product, engineering, and commercial plans
