• Paid vacation - 80-104 hours per year, based on tenure.
• Paid holidays - Nine per year; client-site schedules may vary.
• Paid sick leave - One hour for every 40 hours worked.
• Personal day - Eight paid hours per year.

Resident Engineers run the field office. You are the owner's representative on site every day - and the person the GC picks up the phone to when something is off.

• 02 Manage field inspection, survey, and materials testing teams
• 03 Maintain project documentation system in the field
• 04 Interpret specifications and adjudicate field disputes
• 05 Monthly progress reports to owner

• 7+ yrs field engineering on public infrastructure
• Proficient in Bluebeam, Procore, and MS Project
• Willingness to work out of a site trailer in WA or AZ

• PE license
• Sound Transit CAM or WSDOT Std. Specs experience
