The project engineerisresponsibleforthedeliveryoftheengineeringgroup workproductand shallbetheengineeringcontactfocalforallproject communicationfrominternalandexternalcustomersanddeliverables,afterthe contract award.

Theprojectengineershallberesponsibleforpreparing,scheduling,leading,and workingwiththeengineeringteamtoachievethetechnicalandprogramrequirementssuccessfully.

The project engineer shallalsoberesponsiblefor assuringcompleteintegration and maintainingbusinessrelationshipsbetweentheengineeringteamandallotherinternalcustomers,assuringtheengineeringworkproduct meetsallcompanygoals.

• Responsible for reviewing and integratingallengineeringteams

• Maintainuptodateengineeringworkscope.
• Responsibleforcompletingaircraftmodificationengineeringpackagesinaccordancewithestablisheddesignstandardsandmeetingtherequirementsoftheprogramworkscope,schedule,andbudget.
• Toidentifyorinitiate anyout-of-scope worktotherespective Functional Managersandthe Program Manager
• Responsible for assessing and preparingallCIP to identifyanychangestoworkstatement orscopeofwork,aswellascoordinateCIP approvals with thePM.
• Leadrespectiveengineeringteamsindevelopingsolutionsandcompletingeachengineeringdesignbasedondefined requirementsusingapprovedprocessesandtools.
• Lead of itsrespectivegrouptoassureproperintegration/coordinationtoengineeringdesignsbetweendifferentfunctionalengineeringgroups(EE/ME/Cert/Stress/Flam/Tech Pub/Test Engineer/MFG Engineer) andtheengineeringaspectforstakeholders.
• Identifyalltechnicalrisksleadingtoscheduleorcostimpactto Program Manager  andworkaroundtheriskinatimelymannerifnecessary.
• Identifypotentialworkstoppagesaccordingtodiscipline(EE/ME/Cert/Stress/Flam/Tech Pub/Test Engineer/MFG Engineer) andescalatewhennotresolvableatprojectfocallevel.
• Forecastprojectworkloadand assignappropriateresources.
• Participate/Conduct meeting/PreparationforITCM,PDR&CDRoranytechnical meetingswithcustomer.
• Toleadtherespectivetechnicalengineeringgroups(EE/ME/Cert/Stress/Flam/Test Engineer) deliverablesandschedule.
  
  Functional Managerstobeanswerabletoproject deliverablesandschedule,whileholdingfunctionalmanagersaccountabletoprojectschedule,budget,and deliverables.
• ResponsibleforthesubstantiationdocumentsinsupportofprojectdesignimplementationaswellassupportingtheDSCtouploadthisdatato
  
  Airbus,Boeingand/orairline customerasdefinedintheintegratedschedule.
• Understandsandimplementsregulatorycertificationrequirementsintodesignpackages.
• Responsibletofillup/update ofallEAMR/CFE /BFE listing.
  
  PEtoapprove theEAMR/ CFE/BFElisting.
• Troubleshootsallengineeringproblemsandfindingsolutionsincompletingprojecttechnicaldifficulties.
• Managing engineering hours’consumption orallocationof hourstoproject technicalwillberesponsiblebyrespective

• Oversee Engineering and Certification  testinganddirect
  
  Certtoarrangethetestfacilityaswellascoordinategettingtheparttothetestfacility.
• Responsible for providing project statusreportsandmetricsinconjunction with agreedandpublishedcadencetoengineeringand/orexecutivemanagement.
• Other duties as assigned.
