** What You'll Be Doing
*** Support mechanical maintenance and reliability projects to improve terminal equipment performance.
* Assist with inspections, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of mechanical systems and equipment.
* Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
* Analyze maintenance data and help develop recommendations to enhance efficiency and reliability.
* Participate in safety initiatives and contribute to a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze technical information and develop practical solutions.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing needs, and take initiative on assigned projects.
* Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality work.
** Work Environment
*** Hands-on experience in a busy cement terminal environment.
* Exposure to operational, maintenance, and engineering functions.
* Combination of office-based work and field activities throughout the facility.

* May require standing, walking, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
