Contribute to the overall success of the Walton site's continuous improvement activities. This includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Help support the Continuous Improvement approach within the site
  • Participate in BSC events and projects
  • Manage site reporting of Continuous Improvement related KPI's
  • Participate in site and Corporate CI events
  • Support Participative Innovation Program
  • Support One Safran projects including planning, workshop support, and action closure
  • Support the growth of the belt approach within the site
• Support Lean Methodologies and Tools
  • Support the deployment of some of SLS and Safran methodologies, tools and good practices (FOD, Human factors, Poka Yoke…)
  • Support departments adopting 5S
  • Assist the deployment of QRQC within the site
  • Support Kaizen Events by leading the facilitation of some GB tools.
• Perform other related duties as required

• Bachelor's Degree
• Entry Level experience
• Basic knowledge of some LEAN Sigma tools
