Frame Shift is a Roblox game studio based in Miami. We started in 2024 with a simple goal: make games on Roblox that are actually worth playing. We're a small team — which means the people we bring in have a real say in what we build and how we build it.
About this roleProps, environment pieces, characters — we need models that look intentional and run well. Roblox has real poly and texture limits, so optimization isn't optional. Style consistency across assets matters a lot.
You Will- Create props, environment assets, and character meshes to brief
- Optimize models to meet Roblox polygon and texture budgets
- UV unwrap and bake textures to maintain visual quality within constraints
- Work with the Builder to ensure assets integrate cleanly into the scene
- Maintain a consistent visual style across all delivered assets
- Blender or Maya
- Experience making game-ready assets, Roblox experience a plus
- UV unwrapping and texture baking
- Portfolio with shipped or near-shipped work
