** THE ROLE
** The Business Development Manager is an important role within the broader On Location business development team focused on curating and selling bespoke programs and services to around global and domestic sporting and cultural events. This role will primarily be responsible for proposal development and account management, curating customized solutions for each corporate group and/or organizations by building a budget that supports a strong operations / staffing structure for a high-touch on-site delivery.

This position will work in tandem with the division’s leads and other team members as well as other key work streams -- including but not limited to commercial strategy, marketing, legal, and operations (program management) -- to meet and exceed client expectations as well as create effective & efficient processes and a positive & productive working environment.
