Entry Level Event Coordinator

We are looking for an Entry-Level Event Coordinator to assist with the organization and execution of promotional events. This position is a great fit for someone who is energetic, dependable, and interested in developing hands-on coordination and event management skills.

• Assist with coordinating event schedules, materials, and resources

• Help prepare venues and promotional areas before events

• Organize displays, supplies, and approved promotional materials

• Welcome attendees and assist with event-related questions

• Support customer engagement throughout promotional activities

• Coordinate with team members to keep events organized and on schedule

• Monitor event areas and help address routine needs during activities

• Assist with event breakdown and organization of materials afterward

• Gather attendee feedback and share observations with the event team

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, professional, and confident when interacting with others

• Reliable and punctual

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, customer-facing environment

• Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple responsibilities

• Previous event, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
