Role Description

We are seeking a full‑time Controller/Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee and manage all financial and accounting operations of our company. This on‑site role, based in Beaver Dam, KY, includes responsibilities such as financial planning and strategy, budget management, financial reporting, developing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to develop financial objectives and contribute to the company’s growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

• Proficiency in accounting principles, internal controls, and financial reporting

• Leadership and strategic decision‑making abilities

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management

• Proficiency with accounting software, financial modeling, and data analysis tools

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred)

• Prior experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
