Large CPA firm serving clients in financial services, energy, manufacturing and distribution, construction, technology, real estate, health care and government. Our services go beyond traditional assurance and tax services to include risk advisory, transaction advisory, IT advisory, energy compliance and consulting, forensics and litigation services, and specialty tax services such as international tax, state and local tax and private client services.

Looking for a Tax Manager to play a major role on our Investment Funds Services team. This individual will be responsible for providing tax compliance and advisory services for investment partnerships and related management entities. They will act as a lead team member on our multi-disciplinary team helping to provide financial service knowledge and experience while building and managing client relationships.

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting or related field or J.D., LL.M. in Taxation
• Master s in Taxation (MST) from an accredited college/university
• CPA with 5+ years of experience in investment partnership tax, including preparation of allocation schedules, Schedules K-1, Forms 1065 and related other related schedules
• Working knowledge of alternative investment vehicles and structures, including hedge funds, private equity funds and mutual funds
• Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop staff
• Strong relationship management and practice development skills
