• Monthly & quarterly management accounts, plus insightful commentary (not just numbers on a page)
• Cash flow forecasting that helps shape future plans
• Variance analysis that drives smarter decisions
• Weekly KPI reporting with real business impact
• Providing senior finance with the intel they need for key projects, budgets and targets
• Translating financials for both finance and non-finance leaders
• Supporting quarterly reviews & annual budgeting
• Spotting opportunities to boost performance across different divisions
• Being a core part of a tight-knit, experienced finance team

You might be a Management Accountant, a Finance Business Partner, or a strong Senior Assistant Accountant ready for the next step. Hospitality experience is a bonus, not a must. Whether you’re part-qualified, fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA), or qualified by experience, what matters most is sharp analytical ability, great communication, and top-tier IT skills.
