* * In this highly visible role, you'll help shape financial decision-making across the business by leading forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis for sales, cost of sales, and margin performance. You'll partner closely with business leaders, provide insights into key business drivers, and help find opportunities and risks that influence company results.

Leading a team of three Senior Analysts, you'll play an important role in developing talent, improving processes, and creating a high-performing FP&A function. This position supports a General Manager business segment and requires someone who can quickly learn complex processes, leverage financial systems and analytics tools, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. You'll balance critical thinking with hands-on execution while presenting insights and recommendations to leadership and executive collaborators.

*** Manage and mentor a team of FP&A analysts by providing direction, coaching, performance feedback, and leadership that supports individual and team success.
* Lead forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, documentation, and examination activities for revenue, cost of goods sold, and profitability outcomes while identifying key trends, opportunities, and risks.
* Serve as a trusted finance partner to business leaders, supporting a business segment with actionable financial insights and guidance that improve decision-making.
* Drive enhancements to planning processes, financial models, reporting tools, and systems that improve efficiency, accuracy, and business visibility.
* Coordinate key portions of the forecast, budget, and long-range planning processes while ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to reporting deadlines.
* Create, enhance, and maintain reports and financial models using tools such as Excel, Workday Adaptive Planning, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Hyperion/Smart View, and other enterprise systems.
* Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable recommendations and communicate findings effectively to management and executive stakeholders.
* Take ownership of projects and business initiatives, make sound decisions with incomplete information, and execute with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
** WHAT YOU BRING
*** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* 7+ years of experience in an FP&A or Senior Financial Analyst role.
* Prior experience leading people, projects, or cross-functional initiatives.
* Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analytical capabilities.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
* Experience with financial planning and reporting systems such as Workday Adaptive Planning, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Hyperion/Smart View, or similar enterprise planning solutions.
* ERP system experience, such as Navision, Oracle, SAP, or comparable platforms.
* Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to build effective teams, work collaboratively, and influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
* Experience with Power BI is a plus.
* CPA and/or advanced degree preferred but not required.
