Deposit Operations Specialist

• Responsible for the processing and settlement of all Automated Clearinghouse transactions, as well as notifications of change and return of ACH transactions as needed.
• Interacts with branch offices and customers relative to areas of concern involving checking and savings accounts.
• Controls the processing of all in-clearing and transit items.
• Processes all exception items.
• Coordinates return items with branch managers and sends notices to customers.
• Assists with ATM processing.
• Conduct day-to-day operations in accordance with the laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and expectations of the Bank. Compliance will be recognized as part of the period performance review; noncompliance may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

• Three years of branch management related experience.
• Proficient computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet analysis.
• Knowledge of PC-based teller and platform systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
