Robinson Wealth Advisors is seeking an emerging financial advisor to join its established wealth management practice in Leawood, Kansas. This position offers the opportunity to work directly alongside Founder & Owner Angela Robinson, gaining hands-on experience in comprehensive financial planning, client relationship management and the day-to-day decision-making of a successful advisory practice.
The Associate Wealth Advisor will become increasingly involved in client relationships and planning responsibilities as experience and capabilities develop. For the right individual, the position offers significant long-term growth potential, including a possible path toward leadership, succession and ownership.
Responsibilities
- Participate in client meetings and planning discussions
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial plans
- Research planning strategies and recommendations
- Assist with implementation and client follow-up
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients
- Assume increasing responsibility for planning and client relationships over time
Qualifications
- 2-8 years of financial-services experience preferred Experience in wealth management or financial planning
- Series 7 and 66 preferred, or ability to obtain required licenses
- CFP® certification or progress toward CFP® preferred
- Strong analytical, communication and relationship skills High degree of integrity, judgment and professionalism
- Intellectual curiosity and commitment to continued learning
- Experience with eMoney, Redtail or similar wealth-management technology is a plus
