As an Accounting Analyst Senior within Tempus Technologies, subsidiary of PNC, you will be based in Auburn, IN.

- Accounting background and/or degree is preferred.

- This role will be responsible for end-to-end customer billing and accounts receivable activities including invoicing, cash application, collections, direct debits, billing exception monitoring, system enhancement testing, revenue accrual support, and reconciliation of billing to the Net Suite financial system. This role will also cross train with other finance staff to ensure backup roles exist for periods of absence to meet audit requirements and segregation of duties.

** Job Description
*** Provides timely and accurate financial record keeping and reporting as directed by management.
* Maintains financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards.
* Creates reports on financial performance for internal and external use.
* Completes month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities including the preparation of journal entries and appropriate audit work papers, and the reconciliation of accounts for such activities. These activities may relate to bank accounting, loans and investments, deposits, and tax, including preparing the appropriate audit work papers for such activities.
* Creates and utilizes automated tools for the updating, analyzing and reporting of financial results.
