THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a member of the leadership team, the VP of Lending will oversee consumer, mortgage, indirect lending, and collections, with a particular focus on growing and strengthening the consumer lending portfolio.

This leader will use lending data, market insight, and sound credit judgment to identify growth opportunities while maintaining strong credit quality and portfolio performance. The VP of Lending will evaluate products, pricing, underwriting, delivery channels, and processes; partner across the organization on broader financial and strategic priorities; and continue improving how Great Plains serves members’ borrowing needs.

Just as importantly, the VP of Lending will lead and develop an established lending team, creating clear expectations and accountability while empowering managers to lead their areas effectively.
