Mortgage Loan Processor: Smooth Closings & Compliance

Del Norte Bank is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Mortgage Loan Processor to join its Mortgage Division. This position plays an important role in guiding mortgage loans from application through closing while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional borrower experience.

• Process a variety of loan products, including Conventional, USDA, Construction, Second Mortgage, and portfolio loans.
• Collect, review, and verify borrowers’ income, assets, credit, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure loan files meet investor, regulatory, and bank guidelines.
• Coordinate with borrowers, loan officers, title companies, real estate professionals, insurance agents, underwriters, and investors.
• Prepare closing documents and assist with coordinating timely loan closings.
• Board loans onto the core system, disburse loan funds, and pay loan-related invoices.
• Track appraisals and insurance while maintaining accurate loan records.
• Process loan payments and support quality control reviews, audits, and investor reporting.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple loans and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A commitment to accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.

Pay: $16.64–$25.48 per hour, depending on experience.
