Built on mentorship, advanced education, and a collaborative team culture, our Associate Program is designed specifically for newly licensed cosmetologists seeking their first salon position in the greater Sacramento area.

This is more than an entry-level hairstylist position. It is a structured, career-launching Associate Stylist Program created to bridge the gap between cosmetology school and long-term professional success behind the chair.

For ambitious new stylists in El Dorado Hills, Folsom, or Sacramento, this program provides hands-on training, real salon experience, advanced technical refinement, and business education not fully covered in beauty school.

Shadow and assist Master Stylists while refining technical skills, building their own clientele, and developing consultation confidence in real time.

Receive advanced product knowledge training, learn retail strategy, and build the sustainable income foundation to thrive in today's competitive Northern California salon market.

$16.90 per hour while building the skillset and foundation necessary to transition into our Level 1 Stylist role.
