Radiant Med Spa is seeking a talented, motivated, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our luxury aesthetic practice in Valley Stream. The ideal candidate is experienced in advanced skin treatments, passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences, and committed to helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals.

• Perform customized facial treatments based on patient needs and skin concerns
• Conduct advanced laser facial treatments, including Helix and other resurfacing procedures
• Perform Microneedling and chemical peel treatments (experience preferred)
• Educate patients on skincare regimens and treatment plans
• Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatment packages
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and patient records
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are maintained according to safety and sanitation standards
• Build and nurture long-term patient relationships
• Contribute to practice growth through patient retention, referrals, and social media presence

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on esthetics experience
• Experience performing advanced laser treatments, including Helix or similar resurfacing technologies
• Experience with Microneedling and Chemical Peel facial treatments preferred
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment protocols
• Excellent communication and consultation skills
• Professional, polished, and client-centered demeanor
• Existing client following or active social media presence strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the practice team
