Travel Allied Health Professional Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Location: Pikeville, KY (Pikeville Medical Center)
Pay Range: $2,346.00 - $2,879.00 per week (subject to confirmation)
Duration: 16 weeks travel assignment
Hours: 40 hours per week, 16-hour rotating shifts (days, evenings)

Job Responsibilities- Perform venipuncture as required for exam.
- Measure and administer isotopes for procedures.
- Position patient and obtain desired views.
- Capture series of images and send to PACS for radiologist interpretation.
- Complete documentation for radiation safety program and equipment testing.
- Prepare patients for exams by completing questionnaires and required documentation.
- Educate patients and/or families on procedures and maintain exam records.
- Rotate call assignments for 24‑hour coverage; schedule and coordinate patient flow.
- Maintain and rotate supplies in assigned workstation; demonstrate cost‑efficient resource use.
- Adhere to dress code, infection control, safety and personnel guidelines.
- Function as a preceptor to orient new employees.
- Meet all departmental competencies and comply with code of conduct and corporate policies.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and treat patients and families with respect and dignity.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology/Nuclear Medicine program.
- NMTCB or ARRT certification required;
Kentucky state certification required. - 2+ years of experience in nuclear medicine.
- Travel experience required (13–16 weeks).
- Knowledge of keyboard patient registration and Siemens software.
- Ability to operate nuclear medicine equipment.
- U.S. citizen or valid work authorization.
Travel stipend, tax‑free for travel days (amount to be determined). Contract assignment with scheduled days and rotating shifts. No additional personal travel required.
