School-Based Therapist - Salary $45k - $73k (Frenchburg, KY)

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Salary:

• 10-Month Contract
• Associate License: $45,833 – $51,562
• Independent License: $54,166 – $60,937

• 12-Month Contract
• Associate License: $55,000 – $61,875
• Independent License: $65,000 – $73,125

Education Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Nursing (licensure or working toward licensure required)
• Psychiatric Mental Health Accreditation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center preferred, but not required
• Must comply with all supervision requirements of respective licensing board

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain a caseload of consumers and ensure accurate, up-to-date records, including:
• Diagnostic Screening Assessment
• Health Assessment (initial and annual)
• Bio-Psychosocial Assessment (initial and annual)
• Treatment Plan and Service Plan Review
• Continuing Care and Termination Summary
• Participate in scheduled staffing, case conferences, and consultations as needed
• Perform all other duties as outlined in the current job description

Skills & Knowledge:

• One year of experience working with the mental health population preferred, but not required
• Ability to work therapeutically with the SMI (Severe Mental Illness) population strongly desired
