Signing Bonus: $5,000
Salary Range (10-Month Contract): $45,833 – $60,937
- Associate Level License (LPA, LPCA, CSW, AMFT): $45,833 – $51,562
- Independent Level License (LPP, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT): $54,166 – $60,937
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field
- Psychiatric Certified Registered Nurse, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), or Licensed CADC also accepted
- Must comply with all Kentucky Administrative Regulations and CEU requirements of respective licensing boards
- Preferred:
Psychiatric Mental Health Accreditation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) - Employees must comply with all supervision requirements of their licensing board
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals experiencing emotional or substance use concerns
- Deliver services to individuals, families, and/or groups as appropriate
- Maintain an active caseload and complete accurate, timely clinical documentation, including:
- Diagnostic Screening Assessment
- Health Assessment (initial and annual)
- Bio-Psychosocial Assessment (initial and annual)
- Treatment Plan & Treatment/Service Plan Review
- Continuing Care & Termination Summary
- Participate in staffings, case conferences, and team consultations
- Adhere to all Pathways policies, procedures, and professional standards
- Perform other duties as outlined in the current job description
- Experience in a behavioral health setting preferred
- Proficiency with computers and electronic health record systems
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Minimum of 37.5 hours per week (10-month contract)
- Specific schedule to be determined in collaboration with the Area Director
This is a 10 month position.
