$1,250 Sign-On Bonus! – For the First 4 Hires!

Salary: $15.00 – $16.50 per hour (based on shift & experience)

Shift Type:
Full Time, 1st and 2nd shift CNA

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
  • Take and record patient vital signs; lift, move, and transport residents using proper body mechanics.
  • Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse manager; ask appropriate questions to clarify situations.
  • Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
  • Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
  • Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience as a CNA in a Long Term Care setting (highly preferred).
  • Graduate of an accredited Certified Nursing Aide Assistant program.
  • Maintenance of a current state certification as a CNA.
  • Knowledge of Matrix Care preferred.
