Position: Medical Lab Technician (MLT) or Medical Lab Scientist (MLS) - Full-Time, Day Shift
Job Summary:Performs laboratory testing under the direction of the Lab Director, including Blood Bank, Microbiology, Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, and Microscopy. Ensures testing is performed according to established standards, maintains quality, and supports hospital and lab policies. Works with calibration data and provides services to all age groups, from infants to geriatrics.
Qualifications:- High School diploma/GED with experience in high complexity testing before April 24, 1995, OR
- Baccalaureate Degree and certification from a NAACLS-accredited medical laboratory program, OR
- Baccalaureate Degree in a natural science with relevant experience from an accredited institution, and required experience by accrediting agency.
MLS certification preferred (ASCP not required).
