Signing Bonus: $5,000

Salary Range: $55,000 – $73,125

• Associate Level License (LPA, LPCA, CSW, AMFT): $55,000 – $61,875
• Independent Level License (LPP, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT): $65,000 – $73,125

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Nursing (with active or in‑progress licensure).
• R.N. applicants must hold Psychiatric Mental Health Accreditation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
• Must comply with all supervision requirements set forth by the respective professional licensing board.

• Maintain a caseload of consumers and ensure all records are accurate, up to date, and compliant.
• Complete required documentation, including:
• Diagnostic Screening Assessment
• Health Assessment (initial and annual)
• Bio‑Psychosocial Assessment (initial and annual)
• Treatment Plan & Treatment/Service Plan Review
• Continuing Care & Termination Summary
• Participate in scheduled staffings, case conferences, and consultations with colleagues.
• Perform additional responsibilities as outlined in the current job description.

• Prior experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
• Proficiency in using computers and electronic health record systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and clinical skills.
