Job Description
We are hiring a Floater Physical Therapist to support our Lexington, KY clinics! Ready to make a difference wherever you're needed most? Join our team as a Floater Physical Therapist, where flexibility meets purpose. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality, patient-centered care across our five locations in Lexington, filling in where your expertise is needed most. Whether covering for staff absences or supporting high patient volumes, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring patient access, continuity of care, and clinical excellence.
Our brand partners in the Lexington area — Bench Mark, Drayer, and Results Physiotherapy — are expanding and seeking clinicians who are adaptable, compassionate, and committed to professional growth. Our team members are highly skilled in delivering evidence-based interventions across a broad spectrum of conditions, including orthopedic, vestibular, general deconditioning, occupational, and pelvic health cases.

- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure
- Flexible Work Schedules with no weekends (Monday-Friday)
