Transportation Services Driver; Grayson, KY

Salary: $11.00 – $11.30 per hour

Minimum

Educational Requirements:

Applicants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess a high school diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), or qualifying documentation from a comparable educational entity.

The Transportation Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and courteous transportation for consumers to and from appointments, including Medicaid-eligible appointments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Accurately completing and submitting all required trip documentation.
• Maintaining assigned vehicles by scheduling routine maintenance and promptly reporting any mechanical issues or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Supporting activities that promote positive skill development, including emotional regulation, crisis coping, and interpersonal skills.
• Assisting clients in accessing and utilizing community resources as needed.

• At least one (1) year of full-time experience working with individuals receiving services for mental health treatment is required.
• Must successfully complete a department-approved training program within six (6) months of hire.
• Must meet personnel and training requirements for CCBHC and Medicaid transportation, in accordance with Pathways’ broker contracts.

This is a part time position.
