What You Should Have For This Role

• Responsible for the overall Clinical services to families in the Family Recovery Program in Christian and Hopkins counties, to include children
• It requires a reasonable combination of the following knowledge and skills; work with individuals with substance use disorder, ability to use and implement cognitive behavioral therapies and use of community resources and ability to serve as an appropriate role model.
• Compassion towards people living with mental illness, substance abuse disorders, and HIV/AIDS and ability to convey respect to the target populations are critical.
• Must learn and apply agency, personnel and program policies and procedures.
• Must have knowledge and understanding of the current treatment modalities.
• Preference given to those that have the ability to train and supervise other clinical staff and interns.
