Village Caregiving - Lexington is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregivers in Owenton Kentucky. We have flexible scheduling! WE HAVE WEEKEND SHIFTS TOO! Paid training including CPR!

This individual will be responsible for providing direct care and support to clients in their homes. Ensure their safety comfort, and well-being. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Provide assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Medications reminders
• Plan and prepare meals and snacks
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and laundry as needed
• Escort clients to appointments and activities, if needed
• Engage in meaningful conversation and activities with clients to promote socialization and cognitive stimulation
• Monitor and report changes in clients' physical and mental health
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred but not required, we provide PAID training including CPR
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening

You will also be eligible for supplemental insurance. Vision, dental, accident, etc.
