Caregiver – Perryville, KY

Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour

Driver’s License & Vehicle: Must have a full, valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months and a reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance and registration to transport clients.

Hours: Full‑time (32 or more hours per week). Work schedules are based on client needs and include mostly nights and weekends such as 12‑hour shifts (8 AM–8 PM or 8 PM–8 AM) and 16‑hour shifts (4 PM–8 AM).

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months (permits and intermediates do not qualify).
• Reliable vehicle with current insurance and registration for use throughout the shift.
• All new hires must attend a paid orientation for two weeks, Monday through Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM.

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Perform duties such as meal prep, medication administration, housekeeping, and personal care (e.g., feeding, dressing, hygiene, toileting).
• Provide total care including lifting, transferring, and using equipment like gait belts and Hoyer lifts.

• High school diploma or equivalent if younger than 21.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, time‑management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible behaviors.
• Full, valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months.
• Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
